Airtime disappearing
Please advise why it is that when I buy airtime an amount of R7 always disappears. Eg when I buy R29 airtime and amount of R28 disappears which is 7*4=28 and leaves me with R1. I have queried this before with your call centre and no one is able to give me an answer.
The previous time I called I was advised to pay an Extra R10 to my monthly subscrition for my called ID to be activated which I agreed to but now ya'll keep on taking from my airtime as well.
Please Explain.
