Airtime disappearing

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for years now, but right now I really want to port to another service provider because I always recharge more than thrice a day because just after I recharge my airtime disappear. In the morning I called vodacom and told them about my problem but I was told I have no subscriptions, but could not explain why my airtime vanishes. After the call I recharged with 29 rands, bought 12 rands data,as I was making a call was told that I am left with 3 rands. What happened to my 14 rands? ?? Nobody knows. I called again and was told to wait for an hour just imagine, now I can't call my office because vodacom, probably they'll tell me the very same thing" sorry I can't see where your airtime is going" ....I had enough yaz, because always this thing happens why huh. Arg suka.....I want vodacom to refund me all of my airtime they've been taking from me since last year. After that I'll peacefully port to telkom. ...

Your consultant just told me I am subscribed to some weird things, but my question is why did the first consultant I spoke with (Nolo) said I have no subscriptions? ?? So I just have to accept that my airtime went elsewhere without my knowledge? ?and then things go back to normal??
