Airtime disappeared
Loaded R29 vodacom airtime and it disappeared within a minute. Called customer service and they checked and said it will be reimbursed in an hour. Over 3 hours have passed and no refund. Trying to call customer service now at 19.40 and holding for over an hour to no answer. What's happening at Vodacom. Airtime disappears when loaded.
