Airtime deducted for Vodamail which I do not use.

Having been with Vodacom for 23 years. Never ever have I used Vodamail and neve will I use it. I suddenly get a message that they will be deducting R29.00 off.my airtime for Vodamail usage. Today they have deducted the amount. The worst thing is that the number they debited is solely used for my alarm system. Where does this charge suddenly arise from when. Trying to use customer service to get this rectified. They cut your call after saying that their Digitized system TOBi will assist by SMS. Well needless to say the system does not assist in anyway. As they send the OTP to the number you are querying and this is not accessible to me. Why the hell can you not get answers from humans what the hell must I deal with the digitized system which clearly sucks.
