Airtime deducted although there is an active data bundle

I purchase data on a daily basis to access the internet. I noticed after I purchase a daily data bundle and log on to the internet, there are odd amounts ranging from 77cents to R2.50 a time that is being deducted from my airtime balance instead of data being deducted from my data bundle. A simple example was discussed with a call centre agent Shaun Williamson on 19 October 2016. My balance prior to me recharging my account was 78 cents. I recharged my account with R29.00 (19:47, 18 October 2016) airtime of which my total balance was R29.78. Thereafter I purchased a R5.00 data bundle (19:47, 18 October 2016) of which my balance my balance was R24.78. I logged onto the internet after I purchased the R5.00 data bundle. I noticed my airtime balance was R24.01. There is a difference of 77 cents. I contacted the call centre and Shaun Williamson was in agreement that the 77 cents was not supposed to be deducted from my airtime balance. On the morning of 19 October 2016 my airtime balance was R24.01 of which I purchased a R5.00 daily bundle. My airtime balance after this purchase should had been R19.01 however when I checked my balance at 11.20am, I noticed and it reflected R16.38. The call centre agent advised me there was a WASP deduction of R2.00 since 3 October 2016 of which I did not subscribe to. I don't even know what is WASP either. A further 63 cents was deducted although I purchased a data bundle in the morning. The above is an example of what has been happening since September 2015.

I had spoken to a very arrogant Dilon who tried to explain data reserves. I cannot understand what does a data reserve have to do with my airtime being depleted whilst there is an active data bundle. I asked to speak to Dilon’s senior on 19 October 2016 but I did not receive a call from him as of today being 21 October 2016. I further requested to speak to Michael Sienger and left a message for him to call of which he did not call to date. It makes me wonder how many subscribers are experiencing the same problem.
