Airtime /data

Ive been buying airtime everyday,would exchange it for data but yesterday i bought 3 R12 airtime and one R5 airtime that i exchanged data but as soon as exchange it it wouldYou have 4.07MB remaining of your data bundle. Without a data bundle you pay out-of-bundles rates. To buy another data bundle for great data rates dial *111#. Then 2 second after your data is depleted. I really don't mind buying airime all the time but i dont want to feel like Vodacom is taking my airtime. I called twice yesterday and first spoke to Pontso but she pretended that she can't hear me then i got ****ed off hung up and called again spoke to some lady who i don't remember her name when i told her my problem with data she said its Internet and i explained to her that i use the same apps on a daily and i know how much data i use daily till yesterday when i bought more than usual. Which the data disappeared two seconds after exchanging it into data. She said if my phone was off and if all my apps where closed. I explained to her that my phone was off till i uploaded airtime then data after it disappeared. I told her im gonna report it.she didn't even care.
