Airtime chower

<p>Vodacom service is very poor and the service provider does not want to take accountablity, their call center agents would rather give you senseless explanations.</p> <p> </p> <p>On two occasions between late february and early March I bought airtime worth R110 on the first instance and had data too on my blackberry Z10, but when I woke the airtime was gone, I called in looking for an explanation as to where would the airtime have gone to and they tell me it was used for the internet, how then would my phone do that when even before i called i checked my detailed balance and i had enough data and was not subscribed to any of these bogus sites, second time the same thing happend where i bought R90 airtime and the next day i have R8 left with data and all, i call in the lady asks to call me back only to tell me something that doesnt answer my quiry.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just two of the many issues i have with the network and im fed up. They take advantage of the fact that at times we as consumers choose to let things slide because of the admin we have to go through but times are tough, there is a reason why we buy that airtime and having it ripped from us is not fair!</p>
