airtime advance

I believe it is the little things that count if vodacom is unable to bring satisfaction with only small amounts of airtime how will one be able to trust them with big business deals. I urgently asked for an advance of only R3,00 and before I could even use it was already gone I was so disappointed cause I had an urgent matter, what's the point of coming up with a system that is not user friendly
