Airtime advance

<p>so friday i rechanged and the pervious balance for airtime advance was deducted, now sa****ay morning i woke up without airtime at about 7:24 i request airtime advance which was done and got an sms saying on my next rechanger R11 willbe deducted.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i check my balance i still had R4 somrthing and no R10 added, so i call customer care to try help figrue it out, and the lady still could advise where the airtime is but could see i have requested.</p> <p> </p> <p>i deceided to recharger with R12 than WOW R11 is deducted for the R10 i didnt use, i mean am not here to pay for airtime i didnt use, I WANT MY R11 BACK VODACOM.......</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
