Airime dissapeared

I bought R110.00 airtime on 28 December 2014, had a double up offer which I used and with a small balance I had about R237.00 worth of airtime. The phone is a back-up and therefor not used much. Mainly BB & WA - On 28 January 2015 I get a message that my BB service was deactivated. On checking my balance it showed a R0.00 balance. I went in to the store at Mall@reds where the phone was checked for \background programs"and none was found. I was then referred to the store in Centurion Mall. There I was told that I have \""subscribed\"" to a 3rd party service and that is why I have no airtime. They could not tell me who or what it was"
