AIRG

After logging my complaint on the 22/04, I have received the following response 01/06: That AirG is an off-deck campaign where the user clicked on a advert via internet connection. Android Push Ad Unit Creative. (how the advert came up: [URL Removed] push14.apr.png and Landing Page Ad Unit Creative [URL Removed] Please be aware of pop ups and flashing adverts.

I understand that this is the general manner in which AirG can be subscribed to, but this gives no information on how my number, specifically, got subscribed to AirG.

I strongly dispute the fact that I clicked on any such pop up Ads or subscribed to anything. Thus, since it had taken an extensive amount of time to investigate my original AirG query, I believe the physical evidence should thus be available. Within the database, there should be a date and time I subscribed to AirG, an Audit trail of such action.

It is my opinion that I have been provided a general application process of how AirG is subscribed to but No Facts on my original query.
