Air G - R7 per week - no way to cancel it

I have not subscribed for this service and I receive an sms stating that I will be charged for this service called Air G. <br> <br> I have tried multiple times cancelling it through the address given on the sms but there is no such page and it represents me to the main Vodafone Web page. <br> <br> I have also tried cancelling it through phoning vodacom previously but they just state I have or go online to cancel this service. <br> <br> I expect Vodacom to cancel and refund me all that I have paid for this service, they can see I never subscribed or used this service. I have been a loyal vodacom supporter for more than 6 years and expect some service. <br> <br> Thanks
