Agonizing contract

The process to cancel your contract is settling the outstanding bill and calling cancellation department. I did this 3 times each month for the past 5 months. Each month there is a cumulative amount deducted from my account not sure why since I asked for the number to be converted to pre-paid. In all the incidences that I have called vodacom I am being sent from pillar to post, ineffective processes and *********** agents, make it agonizing to deal with vodacom. Billed every month for a service I do not want. It is bull**** that people working from home have inadequate systems and delayed responses from it's head office. They send you from one department to another without anything as an outcome. They promise to follow up and they don't, promise to send reference numbers and they do not, their agents lie and still I have an active contract when I cancelled in March. VODACOM KE MA SEPA NJE! I want out.
