AGIN STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM/VUMATEL REACH!!!!

This is my second time writing about the same problem, My first post was on the 11th and I was promised that Vodacom would contact me. I still have not received any feedback instead I keep on getting emails and sms's saying my service requests have been closed even though I have not been contacted by Vodacom.

It is clear that Vodacom's staff does what ever they want and do not get reviewed or reprimanded in any way, manager never get back to you.

I have asked for a meeting at their century city office weeks ago, still no feedback on that.

I guess with Vodacom you have an account with them but have no idea what's going on with it because their own staff have no idea on what's going on and feel that's its okay for them to drop the phone on you.

It is 4 weeks no, still no resolution.

RATHER GET FIBRE ANYWHERE ELSE THEN WITH VODACOM
