Aggrieved customer

I bought handset(Huawei P30 Pro) on the 15 may 2019 at Vodacom shop centurion mall. Wrist watch was part of my handset because there was a promotion running. At the time of purchase I was told that a watch was out of stock so the sales person promised to currier it at the later stage. Since then I was busy checking the progress of my item and the sales person was sending me from pillar to post. 05 August 2019 he told me that I am no longer going to receive it because the promotion has ended and they sent the supporting documents late. I asked him whose foul is that because I bought the handset during the promotion time. When I try to speak to the store manager, he told me the sales person is not working for Vodacom and instead he works for Huawei. As aggrieved customer, I need advise on this regard.
