Agent who go extra mile
I would like to thank the guy who helped me to connect my router after the run around I was getting from vodacom being told that matter was being escalated, But this guy took up on himself to call the store and made sure I got connected instead of giving me another reference number. He was on the phone with me for almost an hour helping. I don't know his name but I'm thankful to him.
