agent contracted my number without my approval

Dont remember the date but one of vodacom agents called me telling that vodacom and fnb can save me money considering the amount of airtime i spend in a month and that i will be recieveing airtime every month,but she didnt tell me that its a 3year contract and it was only a verbal agrement,I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED ANY FORM OF DOCUMENTATION FROM VODACOM TELLING ME THAT I AM CONTRACTED TO THEM, and how i want to cancel the contract i need to pay a amount fo R1300,i cxalled vodacom to send me the recording for theat conversation but they have failed up till now,IM STILL WAITING ON THAT RECORDING AND THE AGENT THAT CALLED ME...<br> <br> thank you
