Again Vodacom is *****ing carry-over minutes

Again Vodacom is *****ing my carryover minutes. Last month I lodged a complaint, and after several phone calls it was rectified, but ahgain this month, the same problem occurred.

The carryover minutes are not used first. Instead, the next months minutes is used first. Which means Vodacom is again *******, *****ing and de*****ing me as a customer. I have made 6 calls to ********** since 8 March to 10 April 2019 and still the problem is not solved.

the latest ticket number A2-FFDR-J97W3 was marked as closed, meaning the problem solved, but is a lie as the problem is not solved. Get your act together and stop *****ing, you *********** bunch of *******, and rectify once and for all the issue. I wish I could rate you MINUS 5.

Dear ******* and thoroughly ***** Vodacom. You are a faceless thieving corporation. Your official reply to me per e-mail was the following - Good day Please be advised that your previous minutes did not carryover because some packages will only be aligned by June 2019, when you make calls your minutes are going off the current minutes so your previous minutes are still available but not used. Regards Lydia This is my reply - Good afternoon. That is immoral to say the least. I pay for those minutes but you manipulate the system so the minutes I payfor deliberately expire. This is unacceptable and I want those minutes adjusted so it can be used first. You are now openly *****ing from your customers. The way you operate is exactly the same as if Checkers came every month end and repossess the groceries bought from their stores, but not used before month-end. Get the system sorted and credit me with my minutes you are *****ing, alternatively, refund me those carry-over minutes I loose due to your ******* system. The monthly data is at the moment working correct, where the carry-over data is used first. This must be the same for the voice minutes. Not so kind regards
