Again troubles with vodacom

This is my third review and still nothing has been sorted out. I received a deduction on my account the 26th of October -reason they double invoiced me because of the transferring of ownership. The only extra amount that should have been deducted is R150. I was on the call with every department you can name but what was so annoying and so unprofessional when they transfer me through to accounts department they hung up in my ear (call recordings on my phone to support that) after 2 hours on the phones I decided enough is enough and I reversed my debit order on the 27th. (wasting my time and *****ing my money) The 29th I went to Canal Walk and spoke to the manager , kindly tould me I can only pay what is I should ve paying and then she will try to sort everything out for me on Monday and hopefully before the third everything is corrected , also took my email because she will CC me in the email that she will send out on the 31st. (no email received as of yet). Last week Monday vodacom called me regarding my hello peter complaint - only to advise me vodacom will be charging me R100 because I reversed my debit order (because VODACOM was basicy *****ing my money). He advised that I do not have to worry and he will keep me updated. He called me almost daily asking questions to find out more and even this morning, but now 16:45 I receive a email telling me I am in arrears with R618. 50 (which I paid on the 29th of October) and if I don't make a payment further actions will be taked. Now my credit score is looking like **** because no one can do their job. Enough is enough , I will definitely get legal help going forward as this is the most pathetic service provider , after 8 years of support and this is how you treat a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And still, no one can help me. After an hour on the phone with customer support on Thursday , they are not receiving my proof of payment, after emailing AND faxing it. How ridiculous is that. Today I receive a statement showing my account is still in arrears and that because when the initial payment was made , the consultant made it in the old owners account and not mine. How can a company so big not sort out something so little. And I am the one who has to try to sort everything out so that my name can be cleared. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. To top it all off , everytime I call customer support , each person I speak to tells me a different story about what is going on with my account, funny how each person sees something else on the system. And this excuse about "we have new system and it might be that" is getting very old. That excuse has been used since July when I submitted my forms for transferring of ownership. Sick and tired of all these hassles. Wish I could get out of this stupid contract. Already advised my colleague not to switch to Vodacom as he wanted too, I told him about this whole experience and he didn't even bother using them as a option anymore.
