Again problems receiving Data package promised

Good morning,<br> <br> Upon upgrading my phone certain terms and data packages was agreed upon and in month one, one of those data amounts was not received/allocated to my phone. I resulted to lodging a Hello Peter complaint and it was sorted out quickly and was promised that the problem will not happen again.<br> <br> Now the problem has happened again. The 500mb data that is to be loaded automatically has not been loaded. Again I am having to result to putting in a complaint to get the data as per the contract.<br> <br> Please advise.
