Again greatly dissapointed by Vodacom
I am so tired of vodacom. I had a data querry where my data just disappeared. However after numerous interactions with vodacom and after my review on a hello Peter, my data of 17 gig anytime data and 18.62 night time data was reinstated.
I started using my data on Friday and it was working fine I constantly checked my data balance.
Last night Saturday the 9th of March at around 10pm I switched off my mobile device as well as my WiFi mode on my cell phone after I confirmed my data balance of 16 gig anytime data and 18.62 night time data.
I woke up at 6 this morning to prepare for church, 8 arrived at church at about 7:30 and did not use my phone much.
I arrived back at my place just about 11:30 am, when I checked my data balance I'm left with 4.9 gig anytime data only.
What happend to my 16 gig anytime data as well as my 18.62 night time data?
This 4.9 gig is the 5 gig goodwill gesture vodacom wanted to give me after my data disappeared like it did now for the second time.
Can vodacom please do me a favour to cancel my contract as I don't have appreciate the service I am receiving from them on this contract currently.
I am really dissapointed with vodacom.
I will persue a legal route if this occurs and vodacom refuse to cancel my contract.
