AGAIN CANNOT REACH VODACOM CONSULTANT

Again it is a struggle to reach Vodacom consultant, all their contact customer care numbers keep giving options that are not applicable to me at the moment, no option to speak to consltant, after holding- the call gets dropped>

My phone has been ******, i cannot even blackl list it with them.

I have sent an email but probably even that will not get a response as i have experienced with them whenever i have a problem

Vodacom has to be the worst nightmare of a service provider when it comes to customer care
