After you give your Banking info you are forgotten

I experienced a snag and had my iphone fall into water, leaving me without a phone, my sim card doesnt fit in anywhere so what are my options, i Called vodacom because i was told they can deliver a phone in 24hrs. Now being without a phone is dangerous in todays times, i have no access to my work contacts and no way of communicating unless im in the office..i called vodacom, decided to go with a new contract and stressed my point to the sales that i do not have a phone currently and need one ASAP! i am not contactable as i dont have a phone. all good, i then gave all my information, and today i tried to follow up, and to my amazement, the process has hit a snag.. i gave you guys my work number for a reason.. and now i am *****ed and have to possibly wait 2 more days for my handset to be delivered... all i can say to you Vodacom... if this is how you want to start this relationship.. then we are heading straight to ****off town!!! please rectify this as a matter or urgency! this is really not on!!!
