After service call

Placed an order for WiFi installation , when booked was told it could take up to 21 days , called back and the agent by the name of Mduduzi Nomga took my call aks made plans for the guys to arrive the following day and a week later he called me again to check if it’s done and if I am happy - you hardly get a follow up call
