After sending my new iphone back again no joy!

I sent my brand new iphone 6 in at end of January for repairs. It was sent back to me after 6 weeks and still no action. I sent it back agat n and now I am told it is water damaged??? Load of bull trying to get away from reparing my phone and still now after 8 weeks I still do not have a phone and it is still floating around somewhere???
