After months of constant back and forth I am speechless
To Whom it may concern, I have had numerous problems over the last couple of months with my contract(s) at Vodacom. Either random numbers are being automatically diverted to my E-SIM or some calls are being blocked for no reason. This has been escalated multiple times and it was found that there was a problem on the network side. This occurs every time they fix my contract. This leads to my following issue: I decided in June /July to move away from Vodacom because of the lack of service and problems I experienced. The consultant agreed to give me 1000 minutes and also 3GB a month at a discounted rate. I was convinced and decided to stay with Vodacom, however the top-up Packaged I was moved to, did not work as I made multiple calls abroad and I do travel quite a bit and I had the issue where most of my contacts could not call me. After a frustrating couple of weeks, the team managed to sort out the problem. I was then Migrated back to an open Package in August which took effect in September, Again no one could call me. It took some time to have this resolved. I have multiple contracts: ******X (My business phone)****** (Private phone)******X (A contract for my Mother, with Terminal Cancer) In September, I requested them to add a device to my ******XX number (Earpods). I asked the consultant Multiple times to please ensure that he adds it to ******XX (Private phone) and not ******X(A contract for my Mother, with Terminal Cancer) as my Mother will not be requiring the contract any longer. I specifically pointed out again to him that he is using the incorrect number, and yet he was reassuring me that he is using the ********* number (Earpods). He then proceeded and upgraded ******XX (A contract for my Mother, with Terminal Cancer). After a Massive argument, they accepted the "mistake", reversed the transaction, and randomly added the Pods to ******XX (My business phone) in October and without consulting me chose a random top-up package instead of an open contract. Now in November, I saw that my minutes were gone, my data as well as the fact that I have a 0 balance on my main business phone. Concerned I went to the shop and voiced my frustration, again they apologised. They wanted to fix the issue but now I have to wait another month for this mistake to be rectified. 1. I use this phone to make multiple International calls on a daily bases2. My E-SIM is deactivated (as they do not work on Top-Ups)3. I am traveling abroad on 25 November with a Top-Up which WILL NOT WORK4. I have to pay a contract admin fee of R149 each time for other people's GROSS Negligence, dishonesty, and incompetence.5. All my subscriptions have to be rectified each time, this month everything will be canceled and I have to spend hours rectifying them. Why do I have to be held accountable for other people's mistakes? They say that Vodacom WILL not help me. There has to be someone who can override and rectify this issue which I as a 20 Year Loyal customer deserve?--
