After months of back and forth with Executive Client Liaison Office no resolution on my query
This discussion with Vodacom started in October 2017 after I reached the end of my contract and needed an upgrade.
I am a loyal paying Vodacom contract customer for 15 years. When my contract reached its end in October of 2017 I demanded to receive a better deal than what Vodacom was offering. The reason for my thinking is that Vodacom was able to offer my colleagues and friends better deals on contracts that what they have available to the general public. Multiple examples and proof of these can be given.
October 2017: Went to multiple Vodashops of which no one was willing or able to assist me with my query. I was treated with discussing and rolling eyes at most of them.
1-15 November 2017: I took to Vodacom Customer call centre. Here I had the worst result where no one ever able to assist me and continually forwarding my call to someone else. I also mailed multiple Vodacom contact emails and contact forms and to this date, I have not received one response.
16 November 2017 to 29 January 2018: By this time I had enough of no one willing to listen or accommodate me. I took to emailing every single email address I can get on the internet of Vodacom. Very few of them returned any result but the office of the CEO did. But here passing the buck started with them starting conversations with me and then disappearing from the face of the earth. I have emails dating back from November. The discussions were with Lindi, Siseko, Tracey-Lee, Edlin etc. to name a few. Most of them rep**** once or twice and forward me to an elusive "Trade Partner" that would contact me regarding the upgrade. To this date, this never happened.
I am shocked that a corporation such as Vodacom will treat a customer like this not to mention.
Vodacom this is a loss of business to you. Not only the loss of the two contract that needs upgrading but also the 15 other contracts that look to me for advice on what to upgrade to. If your competition can offer me better service and better contract deals, one ask's yourself why am I still with you.
