After buying a new Phone even now still haven't got my data

i bought a phone at jet on Sunday it was a Vodacom for Sumsung A2 core, on the Pamphlet it said the phone come with 800 MB but till this day i haven't got those dat, my concern is why advertise about something you will not do. the store manager at Jet was just not helpful and the Vodacom customer care line
