After being such a loyal customer that what I get from vodacom very disappointed 😞

Hi I'm neela mansraj I been a loyal customer to for many years i did an upgrade to an iPhone in 2020 December my contract was supposed to in December 2022 because there was no handset installment for my previous device but. They still saying that my contract ends in May 2023 which is so unfair because I pay vodacom alot money i am even being charged for a headset that I have returned to vodacom. But it's still on my bill every month which is very unfair.its not the 1st time this as happened to me I'll never take anything else from vodacom in the future. Even my fibre is not working as it supposed to. Very disappointed with the service from vodacom after being such a loyal customer I would like to speak to someone from management please contact me ASAP *** thank you
