after a week still waiting
Placed an order online on the 21/12/18. Was promised a consultant would get back to me within 24 hours. As at 28/12/18 still no consultant has contacted me. Called them and got board after waiting for over 10 min on the phone.
Vodacom the whole aim of ordering online is so that you don't have to wait for a consultant on the phone or ques in a shop.
