after a week and 5 calls = NO HELP!!!

Last week Tuesday, I received a SMS from Vodacom telling me that I had subscribed to a service that takes R9.99 a day of my airtime, I immediately called 111 to enquire about the SMS and the agent told me that there was no subscriptions showing on my line. However just to be safe, she told me that I should SMS "STOP ALL" to 31050 to ensure that all subscriptions are cancelled on my line. I did so at 15:21 on the 22/11 and received a SMS back from Vodacom notifying me that there were indeed no subscriptions on my line.

Wednesday morning, I purchased R55 airtime via a bank's USSD after which I purchased a “Just for You” deal via Vodacom *111# for R13 100 MB for a day. In the late afternoon, I wanted to make a call and I received a notification that my airtime was finished. I checked my balance and to my horror, it showed that indeed I had R0.00 airtime but 15MB data left?!?!? This was puzzling to me as this was the first call I was making after my airtime purchase that day. I again called Vodacom on 111 and the agent told me that her system had not updated my transactions for the day as she could not see my activities. She did however tell me (to my shock) that I had a subscription on my line and maybe that is what had taken my airtime. I explained to her that was impossible because I had called yesterday to have all subscriptions removed on my line and even SMSed like the agent told me. She said that she cancelled the subscription and said that she would get back to me once her system was update so that she would give me feedback. She never called me back.

On Thursday morning, I again purchased R110 airtime via a bank's USSD so that I could purchase more data. I then decided to call Vodacom to find out whether the system had updated and they could tell me exactly what happened to my airtime. I spoke to Smangele and to my shock and horror (AGAIN), she told me that my line reflects a R9.99 subscription and that was what took my airtime. I told her that this was the third time I was calling this week to sort this out and have subsequently lost a lot of airtime due to this. She logged a service request to investigate why the subscription keeps coming up and to have it cancelled (1- ********** 89449).

On Friday morning (07:31), I received a SMS from Vodacom telling me that I have renewed my R9.99 subscription and I should view what it has to offer. I was now livid as I thought I had done everything to fix this but it seems I was failing and Vodacom was failing me as when I checked my airtime at that time, it was down to zero AGAIN. I called Vodacom AGAIN at 8:10 and spoke to Zanele, she however dropped the call on me while I was (for the 5th time) trying to explain my situation to her. So I called back and spoke to Leonard to whom, I demanded to be transferred to a supervisor as I was sick and tired of this now. He put me through to his Lead (Cecilia) to whom I explained my situation, AGAIN. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and when she returned on the line, she told me that her system went down and she would have to call me back to give me feedback on my situation.

GUESS WHAT!!!! I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER EVER SINCE.
