After 3 months of Waiting, Vodacom buying the rights to fibre in my complexe and hundreds of enquiries, Vodacom tells me I have no fibre available to me

On moving into my complex in November I was told that Vodacom has bought the fibre over from Octotel. Later that month a sales came along flags and all. We were given a whole lot of paperwork to fill in.

Time went by and apology after apology we were promised the following week all of the time and "Vodacom have someone permanently on site being a new complex so it will not take long".

Mid-December we received an email with more apologies that they will not be able to complete in 2017. 21 December we receive a call stating they will be there the next day. We wait at home the whole day and still noone comes...

January comes with more promises being made and still nothing...

February we follow up again to be given the miserable excuse that they cannot help us because our salesperson who sold us the deal is on leave... I cannot think of another business that can use that as an excuse...

Monday, 19 January Vodacom call us just to say that they will not be able to install our fibre as the infrastructure does not reach our block, however I can pick up the connections from many of my neighbours...

Three months of waiting, thousands of rands wasted on data due to Vodacom's incompetence and still no fibre from them.

Worst of all is their lameness in response to these complaints...
