After 26 years, avoid Vodacom at all costs, don't be fooled. They are over and done!!!!
I have been a client of Vodacom since they started doing business in SA during 1994. With continuous contracts and not missing a SINGLE payment due to Vodacom ever for the past 26 years. Yes, it is a lifetime and should amount for something? WRONG, Vodacom is losing millions of clients as per the latest figures released and it came as no surprise to me in light of the way I have been treated by Vodacom since April 2019. My latest ordeal, as orchestrated by a Rochelle in Vodacom's "Upgrade" department, should put any prospective client off from Vodacom. I was promised that delivery to me of a new device iPhone SE 2020 will be effected on Monday 27 July 2020. Today, 7 days later, I am still waiting for delivery of the mentioned phone with nobody returning my daily calls and or e-mails. I still have no idea when the promised handset will be delivered and it is self explanatory, nobody in his or her right mind will do business with Vodacom not knowing when their UNDERTAKINGS/PROMISES might be adhered to.
SO STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM, UPGRADES, NEIL SUBRAMONEY AND ROCHELLE, THEY ARE ALL at best somebody that you should not deal with under ANY circumstances.
BUT REST ASSURED, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO carry on with these lies, IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU. THAT I AM SURE OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is day 9 (NINE) that I have been waiting for my new "upgrade" iPhone SE 2020 to be delivered as promised by Rochelle to take place on Monday 27 July 2020.
Steer well away from Vodacom or you will end up in the same boat as me. Unkept promises, undertakings falling down the drain. no communication about when the phone will be delivered, no replies to telephonic or e-mail messages, these are the Vodacom STRONGPOINTS that you must avoid at all costs.
I can only sit back and rest assured that my complaints will definitely have some effect on Vodacom even if I succeed in warning only 1 prospective client away from them to another cellular service provider. Losing millions of clients as reported by the recent media must mean something drastic is wrong at Vodacom and my case proves such point.
Even rats know very well when they must get of a sinking ship. We are all only rats in the eyes of Vodacom, bottom line, so join me in abandoning this sinking Vodacom ship.
