After 23 years i get this from vodacom
Not good at all have an account 23 years they charged me for a sim card that i cancelled in 2019-12-12 til 22 of Oktober 2020 never give me back my credit on a simcard package that stoped in 2019 now they blocked my number of 23 years that i paid every month and handed me over for a sim that they never cancelled when i cald in this is a really bad service of vodacom

08 Dec 2020, 13:49What i need of vodacom is to credit me for almost 11 months i paid a sim card that was cancelled now they put me in arrears and also want me to upgrad on my no off 23 years they aloso faild to put this no on pay as you go as im not satisfied with this service that iv got after 23 years the blocked my no because of there neclkleginse not canceling my contack that expired 2019 now my second no as i said is 23 year old i need Vodacom to credit me as this sim card put me in arrears and open my number and put it on pay as you go
