After 20 years of loyalty to your brand, THIS is how you "reward" your clients?

I have been trying since the beginning of June to TRY and renew my contract with Vodacom. I have spoken to NUMEROUS consultants, who either don't call me back when they say they will or do not do what they are meant to.

I eventually manage to speak to Khoseenati, who up to a point was extremely helpful and seemed to be assisting me too, then he stopped. Since then I have received my July statement and invoice which was incorrect and I was charged for items I did NOT request, I tried to make contact with Vodacom via their customer services email but because I was overseas at the time, I informed them that the best way to correspond with me would be via email. I was told that, that would not be possible (so much for being a communication company). I wrote another email, informing them, that their "solution" was not good enough and I needed assistance. The next day, my inbox was flooded with invoices and statement for over a year (none of which was asked for). Then another consultant, assured me that they managed to sort out my account, remove what I did not request and assured me that my account was now correct.

I received my August account and guess what?? Still INCORRECT, being billed for items I did not ask for and no given what I did request ..

Seriously Vodacom, after more that 20 years of loyalty to your brand, THIS is how you "reward" your clients? I am giving you until the end of the week and if this is not sorted out, I will be cancelling my contract!
