Africas leading mobile network.... NOT!!!!

In November of 2015 I bought a Sony Xperia Z5 from Vodacom on contract. After 2 months it just went downhill !

After that phone has been repaired by Vodacom I took it in on the 06/08/2016 for rep**** again as the phone just shut down! After phoning Vodacom on the 30/08/2016 to find out where my phone was as correspondence stopped on the 19/08/2019 I was informed that a credit was loaded onto my account for a new phone! Nobody contacted me!!! On enquiry at the Vodacom Menlyn super store their answer was that they do not know! I received a new Sony Xperia Z5 yesterday and after all the updates and transfers last night I tried to use it this morning....... as I made an outgoing call the phone just went dead after 5 min I got it back on again (This is how the problem started) I got into my car and took it back to Vodacom Menlyn where the manager advised me that it is the protective film on the phone that is causing the problem!!!!!! I call BULL ****!!!! According to the paperwork I signed yesterday if the phone gave me ANY problems I can bring it back in 7 days for a new handset! Now they first want to send it in for repairs! I am so disappointed in Vodacom and Sony! I thought Sony products were good by I think I will go back to Samsung or I Phone in the future! PS Vodacom have you ever herd of the Consumer Protection Act???????
