Affected my credit score

I have opened a vodacom account in July 2017. The unfortunate part was that I was unaware that I needed to pay the Signing up fees 7 working days later.

I was then billed R 400 as I did not have money in the time voadcom tried to debit me R 300 for opening the account.

This affected me badly as I have phoned in so many times it was not fixed, till one day a gentalmen at the call center assisted me greatly.

However the affects of what transpired is on vodacom financial departments hands, The R 100 extra was allocated to my September bill which was great but vodacom decided it was their right to submit false reports to trans union has my account is in arrears. This prevents me getting vechicle finance and even making loans at the bank.

I have emailed the CEO he done nothing not even a reply.I am not to sure if it was the right email ,I used **********

Can vodacom just do thier jobs or I will seek legal assistance then publish this to My broadband.
