Advised by consultant that my reviews will be ignored
After my intial complaint to Hellopeter a consultant from Vodacom, Lance advised that a sales consultant will be in contact with me,this however has been a week ago, as I have been trying to upgrade for 6 months now, Lance also advised me if I would write another review on Hellopeter with regard to Vodacom's poor service that he will not espond to my review and will just immediately close without any contact from Vodacom. This is totally pathetic !!!!!!!!!!
