I noticed that a lot of us go through the same problems regarding certain suppliers. With this in mind the following: 1 )Don't talk to them on the phone, insist on email correspondence so that you have a paper trail of everything. 2) When you go into a store, record video via your phone etc or audio recording as evidence. 3) Report this matter to the NCC as soon as possible as well as icasa. 4) Here are some emails you can use to cc in your complaints: ***, ***, ***, ***, ***, 5) Also include the media like newspapers, tv stations etc. 6) Be reasonable and fair with regards to your complaint (s) but don't stand for blatant ***** or/ and *******ion. 7) You as a citizen have rights, make use of it since your a big part of our constitution and not merely a numer or debit order. 8) TAKE CARE, SMILE AND KNOW YOU'RE NEVER ALONE.
