Advertising Without Stock

I Went to Vodacom Key West to upgrade my contract. They said that I will get my LG Q6 with smart watch the Tuesday. I phoned on Tuesday asking if there were stock and they said I will get the phone maybe on Friday. Went there Friday and the person helping me said the phone was on back order and will only arrive on Tuesday 14/11. I phone on Thursday asking if the stock was there and the lady said there were no Lg phones ordered and they can't give me a date that the phone will be there. Either I get my phone or I will cancel my contract and take my business somewhere else where you get service.
