Advertising unavalibale products.

After ordering a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact online and waiting 2 weeks only to be informed that it has been discontinued I went to my local Vodashop hoping for some better service.<br> There I was informed that both the Sony Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact was discontinued and that I must wait till November when the Z5 will be released or till the next week (This week) when the new offers will come out. <br> <br> So I went today only to find that Vodacom still offers the Z3 & Z3 Compact on contract and online (still discontinued). I the inquired about the Sony M4 Aqua on which I got the reply that they have no idea when they will be receiving stock and that I would probably have to wait anything from 2 days to 2 months. What sort of answer is that?<br> <br> I told the service consultant that I have been a customer of Vodacom for the last 13 years, spending on average R1200 per month and would consider changing service provider if Vodacom could not help me. I was then told in no uncertain terms that Vodacom has enough customers and losing 1 won't make a difference.<br> <br> So I thank you Vodacom for making my decision a lot easier and making it clear that the customer doesn't mean anything for their business.<br> Regards<br>
