Advertising deals that are not available
<p>The May 2017 brochure, obtained from Vodacom Clearwater Mall, shows the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Gear S3 Frontier combo on page 19. The consultant in Clearwater Mall said they don't have stock of the Gear S3 Frontier. She said they were on back order for over a month, but didn't know when they would arrive. That was last week. So i've been trying for 2 days to call them now to check if the new stock has arrived. When i eventually got through, the person i spoke to didn't know what a Gear S3 Frontier is. She said she'll find out and then hung up on me. With my previous upgrade, i had the exact same issue - deals that were advertised when they had no stock. And it wasn't that the stock ran out, they never recieved any. So why advertise what you don't have, Vodacom? This is so frustrating.</p>

So Vodacom hasn't bothered to contact me to tell me there is no stock. What would be the point? So anyway, i've decided to go with a different deal, the Samsung S8+ with Galaxy 360 cam. But guess what...? Clearwater Mall doesn't have stock. So i've been trying to phone Vodaworld, but no one answers phones there. I eventually tried to look for stock online. The rude consultanat told me to go to my local shop as this is the onlie shop... She did not wait around to anwer my question of whether or not there is stock online. I'd love to post a screenshot of the conversation with Natalie, but there is no option to upload another file. I've been a Vodacom customer for 19 years and now it is time to port my numbers and take my business elsewhere. Vodacom, i am disgusted.
