Advertise goods thats not available

About 3 months ago i wanted to take a contract out for a refurbished iphone 5 s. i wanted a week in anticpacion , but i was let down becouse the shop couldnt get it , it was on backorder. on friday 13 nov i wanted to apply for a z206 wifi router 5 gigs and the consultant advised they would order it for me. Today i was advised that the warehouse dont have it and it would take 3-4 weeks for them to source the device. Whats the point to advertise the ****** things if you dont have it... i am reasonable ... a week i think is okay i think?3-4 weeks in todays fast pace world? think your springs branch has a problem ...i have had problems before. the compalint is not about the person who helped me its about you advertising stuff thats not available... and then you do credit scoring and lower the clients credit score with a application for a product you dont have?? stupid isnt it?
