Advertise but not supply what the say

I was phoned by vodacom to inform me I am using to much data on my phone and they offer me a service to reduce the data usage on my phone. <br> <br> Long story short. When I received the data it is for an new contract and cannot be used on the phone, However they said I am using to much data on this phone offering me this service to reduce usage on this phone.<br> <br> They cancelled the contract. I said I wanted the deal they made and still want the data on my existing number as they phoned me about this phone. <br> <br> I also want the tapes as they said in the beginning of the tape I will have access to it. I want the tapes to take this further. The lady phoning me said it was never said that the data will be on my existing phone. She was very rude. The next lady phoning was saying I misunderstood and my next contract I do not need to pay the R150,00 I do not want to deal with vodacom again.<br> <br> I feel their advertising is misleading and should be reported. I want the tape.
