Advertise and no stock
Advertise phone in new Des/jan 2020 booklet. App**** for a new contract.(Clearwater) Signed all forms just to find out no IPhone 8 available...How can you advertise and not have stock. According to consultant it is a country wide problem. Cant they source it from other places. I cancelled my previous contract completely and now Im out of a phone...

Then they must give me a Iphone for the same advertise amount but not lower than Iphone 8. This is really ridiculous to wait from 19 January 2020 and nothing happen. Source an phone from somewhere else

07 Feb 2020, 11:37My am still waiting for an answer when will the stores receive Iphone 8 or I will have to take out a contract with Iphone and totally leave Vodacom. This is really bad that you have to wait for service
