Advance airtime dispute

My uncle took an advance airtime for R10 and Vodacom gave him R280.00 airtime advance. He was stressing, we tried to call Vodacom we could get hold of anyone. He had to borrow money to pay it back and he is not old, not working. It is not fair at all. We also tried to dispute airtime advance.
