Adsolute ******* Service from Vodacom and Openserve Fiber
3rd HelloPeter Complaint againts Vodacom. The Fiber special which gets outsourced to OpenServe is the worst service I have ever received in my life. 6 weeks without internet, trying to run a business and no help received. Vodacom outsources to Openserve and they remain of the opinion that they will not contact THEIR outsourced partner to try and resolve the issue. This is turning into a legal matter where I will need to claim for damages.
