Administration Nightmare

<p>I have apparently gone through 2 gigabytes worth of data in the last 8 days without downloading anything and the occassional streaming. I generally surf the net and keep my data on for my emails so it confuses me that I could this much data in this little time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Vodacom to try get a better understanding of what I am spending my data on and I was told that this information is only available to their technicians and for me to get it, they must log a service request and depending on the problem, the technicians might reply with an sms to tell me what's wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I fear that I might be a victim of incorrect billing, I also believe that many people are probably being suckered by what seems to be an intential evil, because I cannot understand what a technician is doing with a detailed report of my usage that I don't have easy access to. I, therefore, cannot question Vodacom on my usage, I must just back and take it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a bank account that offers free bank statements that allow me to track and understand my spending habits, why on earth should I wait for 24 hours for a technician to tell me about my money?</p> <p> </p> <p>Sort this out vodacom.
