administration fee

Two months back I upgraded my cellphone contract with vodacom and I paid R150.00 for an administration fee then there was fault with the phone they gave, I had to call their headoffice and I spoke to a lady by the name of gibraltor makhura who reversed the upgrade for me and I upgraded again, so I had to pay another R150.00 and she said to me she'll refund me my R150.00 hence I paid it twice but she didn't instead she's ignoring my emails and every time I call she's either busy or not at work. Vodacom is a big company so I don't think a R150.00 would be a train smash to them, so basically I paid R300.00 for admin fee while it's only R150.00 and she promised me that she'll credit it back but it's been two weeks and no respond she doesn't even bother to phone Me back. So Gibralter makhura can I have my money back please!!!!!
