Admin Lock on my phone

My line is deactivated without anyone telling me. I have been calling customer services all day and they cant help me.Now I cannot make calls becauase my line is locked.

Dear Vodacom, Since yesterday 14h00 I have been calling your ***** Line ********** and nobody picks the phone. I have been calling since morning and nobody picks the phone. My phone has been locked since yesterday and no one is bale to assist me. I have been holding the line ever since.....
